Simple Traditional Vegan Pancakes

Lately, I’ve been having a pancake crave. As soon as I wake up it’s one of my very first thoughts. Now of course it’s important to balance what you eat, so I wanted to make pancakes that would also satisfy me for the rest of the day and be able to digest them easily (that way I’m not getting a pancake cramp while running, haha 😉

Here is a vegan, paleo, gluten free, and dairy free pancake recipe that is soooo easy to make!

Simple Traditional Vegan Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups of Almond Flour

  • 1/4 Cup of Arrowroot Flour*

  • 1 Tablespoon of Baking Powder

  • 1 Tablespoon of Sugar*

  • 1 Cup of Plant Based Milk

  • 1 Teaspoon of Vanilla

  • Dash of Cinnamon

Directions

  • In a small bowl mix together all the dry ingredients, than add the milk and vanilla.
  • On the stove, take a spoonful of batter and place it on the pan. I like to top my pancake with chocolate chips before flipping my pancake!
  • Once pancakes are cooked, top with maple syrup, jam…etc.
  • Bon appétit !

Notes

  • Instead of Arrowroot flour you can also use Tapioca flour
  • For sugar, I use coconut sugar, but you can use whatever sugar you would like.
  • Like in the picture above, you can use Earth Balance Butter
