Today I have spent my day thinking about races being cancelled and language barriers.
So, here I will be talking about both subjects…
The famous UTMB (Ultra-Trail du Mont Blanc) Instagram has been quiet until today. They posted an answer to the question about if the UTMB will be held this year because of the COVID-19. Here is the article: ici.
Crossing my fingers that UTMB will be held! Will you be there?
If UTMB will be held does this mean other races will be held?
My thoughts on language barriers:
Language barriers, are something I get to feel and see everyday. But how much can it affect one’s feelings, actions, or thoughts? Is language barrier a significant role in communicating or can we just “translate” it all? I always try to look past this when communicating, but what if you want to connect with someone on a deeper level, does it then get complicated or wordy?
Questions that time will only answer…. 🙂
